UNRAI — Shipping Policy
Every UNRAI candle is made after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock. Production begins the moment you order. Each piece is inspected and packed by hand before it leaves us.
Processing
Every order requires 1–2 business days for production. During high-volume periods, this may extend to 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Romania: 1–2 business days
- Belgium & Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to carrier delays.
Shipping cost
- Romania: €6.00 standard / €11.00 priority — Free on orders over €75
- EU: €12.87 standard / €19.99 priority — Free on orders over €150
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
Packaging
Every candle is packed with protective materials and rigid outer packaging to ensure it arrives intact.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please verify your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, re-shipping costs apply.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or burned candles cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will resolve it as described above. UNRAI candles are made to order — EU consumer rights exceptions for custom and made-to-order goods apply.
