Can I choose the fragrance?

The fragrance is assigned to the selected color. Each color in the UNRAI system carries its own curated scent identity.

Can I choose any color?

You can choose from the available UNRAI colors for each candle model. All available options are shown on the product page.

Are the candles handmade?

Yes. Every UNRAI candle is hand-poured in small batches using KeraSoy Pillar wax and premium fragrance at 10% load.

What does made to order mean?

Each candle is produced after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock. This ensures every piece is fresh, intentional, and made for you.

How long does production take?

Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Your order ships with full tracking once ready.

Do you make event orders?

Yes. UNRAI creates custom pieces for weddings, christenings, and premium events. Contact us at info@unrai.com with your event date and estimated quantity.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes. We ship across the EU. Delivery times: Romania 1-3 days,  Belgium 3–5 days, Netherlands 3–5 days, rest of EU 3–7 days.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@unrai.com.
